Alice Sherwood

Alice Sherwood's son was diagnosed with severe allergies to nuts and eggs when he was two years old. Frustrated with the usual bland allergy-friendly recipes, Alice created delicious dairy, egg, nut and gluten free recipes. This hardcover book contains 100 recipes for everything from bread to sponge cake and ice cream. There's also tips on ingredient substitution, reading food labels, and helping your child avoid allergens at school. All recipes have been approved by the Royal Children's Hospital.
