The Hug-A-Bub ring sling is suitable for newborns to pre-schoolers. With a lightly padded shoulder and aluminium rings, it is very comfortable to wear. The fabric is sturdy, hand woven 100% cotton. Very versatile carrying positions - cradle carry, sitting up on the hip or back, sitting up on the front facing in or out, and even twin carries with two ring slings.

A great choice when you're not sure where to start
The thing I love about ring slings is how many different positions you can carry baby in. I like to carry lying down in a cradle hold for newborns, but my second baby preferred to be upright after a feed (unless I wanted to wear her last feed too). You can hip carry a toddler, or even back carry. Lots of pregnant mums go for this when they're buying a sling before the baby arrives, because no matter what position the baby prefers to be held in, the ring sling can support it. And the Hug-A-Bub cotton slings are very sturdy, with plenty of fabric for back support in toddlers on your hip. Plus they're reversible - if baby chucks on one side, just turn it inside out and nobody will know ;) or coordinate your sling to your outfit.
