Made from a lightweight, fast drying synthetic mesh, it won't get waterlogged - which means neither will you! When not in the water, this ring sling is best suited to lightweight newborns, as the fabric is not as supportive for heavy babies without the buoyancy of being in the water.

Especially for water
This is the perfect sling for babywearing in water, whether it's to shower a tiny slingling without worrying about dropping them, or to keep a bigger baby or toddler safe when in the pool or ocean. But be aware that it wasn't designed for general babywearing out of the water, the mesh fabric is not as supportive as woven cotton ring slings and is really only suitable for newborns when not in water.
