These pocket pads are made with natural (undyed) 100% Australian certified organic cotton jersey. The two removable absorbent inserts are made with hemp/organic cotton fleece. These pads are very breathable - no plastic backing.

Two lengths are available: Maiden length is approximately 26cm long; Priestess length is approximately 33cm long. To use a pocket pad, simply add as many inserts as you need, wrap the wings around your underwear, and fasten the polyacetal resin snaps.
