Bubblebubs nappies are designed and made in Australia. With a hidden PUL layer in the nappy's polyester outer, they won't need a separate cover. The absorbent inner is made up of flannelette and hemp terry, and the liner (next to baby's skin) is soft cotton velour or flannelette. With the outer layer being polyester microfleece, cuddlefleece, or minky, these are the most lush, soft nappy you can put on a baby.
